Currently, we're seeking a candidate based in Columbus, Starkville, West Point, or Tupelo, MS.
GREAT PAY
Our Commercial Sales Representative earns $90,000-$100,000 yearly based on productivity. The pay structure includes a base salary of $50,000-$65,000 yearly plus commissions.

YOUR NEW ROLE
Typical working hours are from Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
As a Commercial Sales Representative, your goal is to create new business opportunities and develop profitable pipelines for our company. Through emailing, networking, social selling, and cold-calling, you develop relationships with prospective clients and set up meetings to assess their needs. You travel to new facilities, plants, and distribution centers to determine if they'd be a good fit for our services.
When you have a qualified candidate, you work with the project management team to create, review, and implement business proposals. You strategically identify clients in your territory, conduct market research, and stay on top of industry trends to keep us ahead of the curve. Your commitment to meeting monthly goals and ability to adjust your strategies to your target audience make you an essential member of our success!
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in sales and prospecting new business
- Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) practices and ability to maintain professional relationships
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily in territory and occasionally over night
- Self-starter attitude with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Problem-solving skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and desire to improve
- Ability to make sales calls on active construction sites, in unairconditioned industrial facilities, and working outdoors

- A college degree
- Sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sectors
