Service/Small Projects Electrician – Commercial & Industrial

What You Work On:

· Service Work and Special Projects

· Commercial Projects Large and Small

· Warehouses Large and Small

· Parking Garages

· Public Schools

· Medical Facilities

· Tenant Improvements of all sizes

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues in commercial and industrial settings.

· Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, panels, circuits, lighting, and control systems.

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.

· Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

· Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using various testing devices.

· Ensure compliance with NEC ( Electrical Code), local building codes, and OSHA regulations.

· Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their electrical needs.

· Document work completed, materials used, and recommendations for future work.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient job completion.

· Adhere to all company and industry safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Work independently

· Monitor small project budgets and track hourly

· Coordinate all necessary work activities with owners or building point of contact

· Effectively communicate jobsite conditions to the team

Qualifications:

· Active Commercial General Electrician State Certification

· Clean Driving Record

· Pre-Employment Drug Screening - We Promote a Drug Free Workplace

· 5+ Years experience
