Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC Service Technician Job:

Our company is seeking a reliable Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC Service Technician to respond to customer calls Our ideal candidate has vast appliance repair experience, is EPA certified, follows all industry safety requirements, and the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technology in this field. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Ability to travel within a 2 and 1/2 hour radius of Mount Airy, NC.

Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair Commercial Refrigeration, Walk Ins, Coolers, Make-lines
• Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
• Evaluate and troubleshoot problems
• Provide repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers, taking into account any product warranties they have
• Complete billing and invoicing paperwork
• Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and parts

Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC Service Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience w/ EPA certification
• Must pass Drug test.
• Clean Driving Record
• Background Check
• Customer service and communication skills
