Commercialization Associate Project Manager
We are in search of a Commercialization Associate Project Manager to join our team located in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of product lifecycle management, including product launches, recipe and packaging changes, and product discontinuations. This position presents a contract to hire employment opportunity and is a crucial part of our operations.Responsibilities:• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end project delivery.• Set up systems to onboard new customers, vendors, bill of materials, finished goods, and finished product specifications.• Establish project scope, planning, implementation, and delivery to meet client and facility requirements.• Regularly communicate project status with customers, company management, and impacted internal stakeholders through recurring meetings.• Ensure data accuracy in the ERP system and consistency with Quality documentation.• Oversee the pre and post approval process for trials and new product launches, ensuring all documents and processes are accurate and repeatable for successful ongoing productions.• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks by analyzing challenges and developing sustainable solutions.• Take ownership of project success, leading the team in risk management.• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, IBM, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, and Communication for efficient project management.Please note that this role requires you to effectively plan and prioritize tasks, demonstrate strong attention to detail and have excellent planning, organizing, multi-tasking and time management skills.• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies• Experience with CRM• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning• Proficiency in IBM related technologies• Experience with About Time software• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies• Knowledge of Budget Processes• Strong Communication skills• Experience in Construction industry• Bachelor's degree in a related field• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects• Strong problem-solving skills• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Ability to work in a team and independently• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to adapt to changes in project scope and direction• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
