As a Commissioning / Completions Engineer, you will be responsible for management of the data and set up of the Hexagon System to comply with Worley Project requirements, overseeing all project implementation functions and to ensure a smooth transition occurs between each of the project lifecycles. Responsibilities include but not limited to loading systemisation, asset tag data creation, deletion, editing and importing, ITR creation, deletion, editing, and importing, creation of project specific Task Models, including place holders for forms/documents, and importing Asset Types, support the Commissioning manager with Handover execution, reporting and delegation of CCMS activities.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Commissioning / Completions Engineer to join our Perth team.
The role responsibilities include:
- Demonstrates full commitment to all health and safety matters and provides safety leadership to project team.
- Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project completions system administration.
- Communicates effectively with related departments with regards to completions requirements.
- Ensures Trade contractor documentation is managed, reviewed and accepted in line with CMS requirements.
- Develops action plans to address project tasks and issues in relation to CMS.
- Manage sub system data allocations, punchlist items, NOE preparation , create user accounts and provide CCMS training and guidance.
- The data maintenance involves keeping the Asset Types, ITR/s, Subsystems and Asset Tag data standardised ensuring the appropriate personnel have the correct level of access in Smart Completions.
- Mentor and provide support to Completions administrator in their role.
- Creates an environment for open communication and collaboration.
- Keeps all stakeholders informed of project status.
- Manages customer representatives (established relationship) and other significant stakeholders.
- Develops a relationship of trust and respect with ability to discuss project progress, challenges and issues in a transparent manner.
- Identifies potential risks or new risks as the project progresses and effectively develops risk mitigation, contingency and resolution plans.
What you’ll have
- Relevant years of completions experience.
- Relevant trade related experience and Hexagon CMS training .
- Demonstrates full commitment to excellent health and safety outcomes.
- Experience on EPCM projects in the execution phase, from the commencement of detailed completions set up through to Client handover.
- Sound understanding of completions and commissioning.
- Team & project first attitude.
- Substantial technical, practical and leadership experience in CMS and proven experience in completions management on similar size projects.
- Can make independent resolutions and set priorities related to complex situations based on established guidelines and taking into account the cost and schedule impacts to the project.
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Can organize information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.
