Commissioning Engineer - BMS & Low Voltage systemsWhat You Will DoThe Commissioning Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Commissioning and Panel Built Manager. You will be based in Abu Dhabi and will be part of a growing team responsible for driving the growth of business for the Install division segment of Building Technology and Solutions with a focus on BMS & Low Voltage Systems.As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with the pre-sales/estimation.How You Will Do ItAs an Experienced Commissioning Engineer, you need to have good knowledge in BMS & Low Voltage systems involving FAHUs, AHUs, VAVs, lighting controls, chillers, FCUs, Water meters, etc. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will:Commission/service the system in accordance with the commissioning and service manuals/instructions.Assist the commissioning procedures, completion and commissioning check sheets, handover procedures, and certification and punch list procedures.Provide the project team with an accurate assessment of the commissioning requirement and status to ensure subsequent decisions are well founded.Participate in technical reviews for QA/QC and engineering works.Ensure necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed.Ensure that the job is executed with due attention to quality, health, and safety.Provide users with operation and maintenance orientation/training on company supplied equipment.Carry out system troubleshooting as necessary while commissioning and provide appropriate remedy.RequiredWhat We Look ForDegree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.Minimum of 5 years commissioning experience in BMS and low voltage systems.Comprehensive knowledge on Test & commissioning of FAHUs, AHUs, VAVs, lighting controls, chillers, FCUs, Water meters, and ventilation fans.Strong background in BMS graphics.Good interpersonal, negotiation, labor management, and influencing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proven ability to produce high-quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use.Clear understanding of contractual documents/obligations and preparation of official communications with Clients/Vendors.Good client-facing and internal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
