How You’ll Make an Impact Perform commissioning of electrical generators starting from single component to the full system (including generator auxiliaries) according to specifications and engineering documents, including functional tests and logic interlocks verification and reports. Perform fact-finding activities and electrical tests on generator components during service outages. Compile records to document the condition of equipment and assure quality, provide required documentation and reports in accordance with procedures. Prepare and implement tests to prove operational readiness. As a Commissioning Engineer (f/m/d), you will independently service power plant components (electrical generators) worldwide. Carry out troubleshooting, analyze customer problems, collaborate closely with Engineering, and implement remedial measures. Your office is the world - and our challenges are more exciting than any traditional office job. What You Bring Bachelor/ Master of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics), with at least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field of work. Detailed understanding of technical equipment and ability to work with technical documentation. Knowledge of general power plant technology. Experience in power plant operations and maintenance. Experience with Siemens Energy Generator know-how is advantageous. Excellent knowledge of technical English is required, knowledge of German would be helpful. Strong analytical skills with an affinity for technology and innovation combined with a proactive and convincing attitude. High degree of flexibility, unrestricted mobility, communication skills in relation to foreign countries and cultures.
