We are looking for a Commissioning Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering projects and extensive expertise in complex mechanical and electrical systems.

**Key Responsibilities of the Commissioning Manager:**

- Lead and oversee all commissioning activities on-site, ensuring effective planning, management, and project closure.

- Manage and mentor a team of direct reports to foster development and success.

- Supervise the commissioning tagging process, ensuring adherence to established procedures.

- Provide insightful progress reports regularly for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Facilitate and lead weekly commissioning meetings, guiding project progress and activities.

- Conduct daily whiteboard meetings focused on commissioning to keep the team aligned.

- Attend weekly commissioning meetings with the main contractor and clients, delivering updates on progress.

- Collaborate closely with project planners to develop a comprehensive project commissioning schedule.

- Ensure precise tracking of the testing and commissioning workforce using daily Labor Allocation Tracker sheets.



**What We Seek in a Commissioning Manager:**

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Relevant technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields, or industry-recognized certifications.

- Proven experience working with a well-respected MEP contractor.
