Compliance and Risk Manager - £50,000



A highly successful, global business are looking for a Group Compliance & Risk Manager to join their team.  As the Compliance Manager you will work to support Senior Operational staff in day-to-day program management and operational management of business units including but not limited to: client contract reviews, data privacy and GDPR compliance along with a host of other operational priorities.  This role would suit an ambitious, confident and driven self-starter who functions well in a fast-paced environment; the ideal candidate won’t be afraid to champion and drive change along with possessing the ability to tactfully challenge the status quo.



Key responsibilities of this Compliance and Risk Manager role will include:



Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts



Work in partnership with Commercial Finance to review, identify and minimise any areas of risk



Evaluate, review and maintain all aspects of global GDPR processes ensuring full compliance at all times



Review and manage all other aspects of compliance across the business (Data Privacy, Bribery & Corruption)



Perform a review of all contractual arrangements with suppliers to ensure compliance and minimise risk



Take the lead and co-ordinate with key contacts across the business to create new company handbooks in support of UK and US operations



Review, design and implement procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation



Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established local regulations at all times



The ideal candidate for this Compliance Manager role will have a strong contract law background and a comprehensive understanding of Global GDPR.
