Compliance Coordinator
Compliance Co-Ordinator – Chesterfield – up to £23,600 (3-month FTC)
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a brilliant company who are actively seeking a Compliance Co-Ordinator who is compassionate and professional to join their team in Chesterfield. You will be joining a fantastic business, who provide a life changing service to vulnerable individuals across the Derbyshire area.
This role would suit someone with experience in a customer service or administration background. This position starts as a 3 month FTC with a view to become a permanent role.

Compliance Co-Ordinator Responsibilities:
• Providing effective and efficient co-ordination for the gas team
• Assisting with ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and customer commitments are met
• Maintaining records and complying with Gas Safe requirements
• Ensuring systems are updated accurately and promptly
• Providing internal and external audit support
• Ensuring complaints are responded to in time and up to date records are kept
• Completing work orders and process invoices in a timely manner
• Ad hoc admin duties as and when required
Required skills & experience:
• Experience of working in an administration role or customer service role
• Highly computer literate
• Self motived and highly organised
• Ability to problem solve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
