The Position

The Conflicts and Systems Analyst will play an integral role in the law firm's Conflicts Department, working closely with Information Technology and the Office of General Counsel to serve as an internal resource for the firm's Conflicts-related Intapp OnePlace for Risk product suite, including Intake, Conflicts Search & Reports, Walls (cloud), and Lateral Accelerator. This role will involve high-level Conflicts Analyst work (running data searches and identifying potential conflicts), building and maintaining ethical walls, and serving as an internal resource, escalation point and subject matter expert on our Intapp products. This candidate will lead internal trainings, create internal documentation, troubleshoot, and continually work to optimize our Intapp products for the end-users. The successful applicant will work closely with management and the vendor to develop and document best practices relating to our conflicts-related software and help make informed decision about the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the go-to specialist on Intapp conflicts software, providing invaluable support and resolving escalated questions or issues across the firm.
  • Facilitate seamless system onboarding by training team members and colleagues firmwide on Intapp tools from a technical standpoint, enhancing productivity and confidence in conflicts management.
  • Develop and continuously improve Intapp-related resources, creating accessible and effective reference tools for the team.
  • Partner with the Office of General Counsel to build and maintain ethical walls, drafting associated memoranda and safeguarding firm integrity.
  • Monitor and uphold the accuracy and quality of all conflicts-related data.
  • Collaborate with vendors and the Information Technology teams to manage Intapp updates and swiftly address any technical escalations.
  • As needed, perform initial review and intake of new matter client forms, conducting thorough conflict checks to flag potential conflicts of interest.
  • Oversee essential modifications, corrections, and updates to existing client and matter information, ensuring precise and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must have experience with Intapp software and strong familiarity with client intake and conflicts processes.
  • Proven experience as a Conflicts Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate internally within the Conflicts Department, cross-departmentally with the firm, and with external vendors.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, including Excel pivot tables and other analytical tools, to track and report on key performance indicators.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications, rigorous research abilities, and a meticulous eye for details in proofreading.
  • Maintains exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Engages confidently and respectfully with all organizational levels, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Thrives in a team atmosphere, actively contributing to collective goals and supporting team members.
  • Excels at managing multiple priorities, staying focused and performing effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, , and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Salary Range: $65,000—$85,000 USD
