How You Will Contribute

• Be the main point of contact for project related financials including invoices, reimbursables, pay applications, financial trackers, budget preparation and analysis for multiple client projects
• Manage company invoicing contracts and process project related invoices
• Track and review Certificates of Insurance and Waivers of Lien.
• Interact directly with vendor accountants to reconcile invoicing questions
• Assist with the review of vendor invoices and budget tracking for projects
• Prepare financial snapshots for all projects
• Be the hub of the office to keep all projects moving along
• Provide administrative support - meeting planning, travel arrangements, supplies, etc.

About YOU!

• Associate or bachelor's degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ years of related work experience, preferably in construction accounting or with a title company or with a public accounting firm
• Experience in creating, reviewing, or approving G702 and G703 applications and understanding of retainage
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Adobe and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously. Displays an extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.

Salary Range:

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal equity, market data, the candidate's qualifications- including but not limited to specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, relevant degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, JD). The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the firm, and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $60,000 - $80,000 annualized, not including discretionary annual bonus and other competitive benefits.
