Full service Landscape Construction Company seeking Part Time Accountant / Office Assistant for 20-25 hrs /week
Hours are 9am-2pm
Job Duties: Payroll for around 30-40 employees weekly, Quickbooks Software knowledge (must have), Excel and Word knowledge. Answering and filtering calls for different division, invoicing job and running monthly Profit and Loss Reports/Balance Sheets Monthly, Entering Accts Receivable and Payables. Budget planning and liaison between office manager and owner.
