Our client is a respected Long Island based Construction Company. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to offer professional office support.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
- Work with the Construction team to prepare and manage project documentation (i.e. submittals, change orders, RFI's, site safety documentation and permits).
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

- 3+ years in similar role.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin in construction industry.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks.

Proficiency in MS Office.
