Our client is a respected Long Island based Construction Company. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to offer professional office support.



  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
  • Work with the Construction team to prepare and manage project documentation (i.e. submittals, change orders, RFI's, site safety documentation and permits).
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

  • 3+ years in similar role.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin in construction industry.

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
