Job Description

Our client based in Deeside is looking to add a Construction Administrator to their team on a permanent basis.


Key Duties:

  • Ensure that client portals are maintained and updated with job progress, scheduled dates, and other vital information.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy to meet client requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure information is accurate and up-to-date within client portals
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on job progress and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure works are booked efficiently.
  • Receive and organise client job requests, providing detailed information, including job location.

What our client is looking for:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Experience in construction or a related industry.
