Breaking Ground Contracting is hiring for an administrative position for a Construction Administrator/Project Coordinator. This is an office only position. Our ideal candidate for the position of Construction Admin/Project Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish, is a self-starter with excellent time management skills who can accomplish goals with minimal supervision, is well organized, meticulous, and detail oriented. You will be required to produce accurate results, follow procedures, and uphold quality standards.
Your primary role will require multi-tasking to support project managers and project superintendents by providing detailed and accurate information required for successful project execution, including well-organized project documentation and adhering to processes. You will communicate with both field and office management teams in a fast-paced work environment.
You will serve as an important point of coordination, collaborating with various stakeholders involved in the construction process, by working closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep everything on track and ensure project success.
