Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Construction Advisor to join our dynamic team, someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys shaking things up a bit. This position will be responsible for actively generating new leads, and surpassing performance goals. You will engage with clients in a thoughtful, strategic way, challenging the status quo when necessary while ensuring we always deliver outstanding service. Your ability to engage with clients, foster new relationships, and expand our network of professional partners will be critical. In this role, you'll also need to exhibit strong communication skills, an unwavering self-driven work ethic, and the patience to work systematically without becoming rigid. Being a gifted debater, a peacekeeper, and someone who can find the right balance between innovation and practicality will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead :

• Call leads from designated call lists.

• Attempt a minimum of 80 calls per day worked, totaling at least 400 calls per week (adjustable based on workload).

• Set inspections weekly based on long term goals.

• Customer Service phone calls to generate leads

Enrollments:

• Actively work to enroll new professional partners (example: HOA's, insurance agents, etc.)

Evaluation Process:

The Construction Advisor’s performance will be reviewed weekly based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Performance will be evaluated based on the achievement of set goals, and progress will be reviewed during quarterly performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Lead Generating Expertise

• Self-Driven and Results Oriented

• Familiarity with customer resource management (CRM) software or able to catalog and transpose names for lead

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Sales Experience but not required
