Construction and Materials Testing (CMT) Manager - Engineering Firm

Job DescriptionJob Description

• Approximately 50/50 Office and Field Time
• Managing CMT Services
• Managing Budget Proposals and Invoices
• Reviewing Staff Field Reports Daily
• Taking the Lead in Business Development and Marketing
• Overseeing Technicians
• Mentoring and Managing Junior and Senior Field Staff
• Working on CMT Field and Laboratory Projects in the Charlotte and Local Area
• Attending Business Development Events

What We Are Looking For:

• BS in Civil Engineering, Geology, Construction Management or similar. With the right Engineering field experience a High School Diploma or GED will be considered,
• Minimum 4 years experience in Construction Materials Consulting with a Geotechnical Engineering Firm or similar experience,
• Advanced Certifications and/or PE registration desired. NCDOT Certifications are a plus.
