We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Swimming Pool Construction Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our construction team in various aspects of construction, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and take on new challenges in the pool construction industry.

Duties

• Maintain warehouse
• Work with tile, grout and concrete as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pool systems
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
• Assist with day-to-day tasks regarding pool construction
• Able to lift and carry 70+ lbs, standing, bending, squatting and able to work outdoors in Florida heat
• Working knowledge of valves, filters, pumps, and automation
• Perform minor plumbing repairs

Experience

• Ability to work independently
• Time management skills required
• Must be courteous and professional
• Willingness and ability to learn, training will be provided
• Enjoy, and be able, to perform intermittent, sometimes heavy, physical labor
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and clean criminal background required
• Reliable transportation to and from work required
• Comfortable with learning and using new technology
• Plumbing, mechanical, electronic experience and construction background is required
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing basic pool equipment helpful
