Construction Back Office MEP Engineer

3NK Engineers & Architects is seeking for a Junior MEP Engineer to join it’s back office construction team. What You Will Do Manage and supervise the procurement or purchase of technical goods and services on construction works of (including but not limited to) apartments, offices and retail buildings based on client's needs. Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors. Project budgeting. Account / bill of quantities drafting. Ensure purchase goods and services are delivered as promised. Interact with Vendors and Designers and on Site Construction Teams. Requirements Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Bachelor degree). Previous experience (min 1 year) on Construction Projects (residential and commercial buildings). A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to integrate these systems into overall construction projects. General knowledge of building construction codes and industry standards, MEP equipment properties and specifications. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to MEP systems, both independently and collaboratively. Excellent command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word & Excel (excellent use) is required. Fluent in Greek & English.
