This position is located in Stillwater, OK.  We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. This is potentially a contract to hire position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
  • Project administration.
  • Responsible for the administrative functions of an area of responsibility that supports a diverse group of clients, vendors, and departments.
  • Office support.
  • Updating, routing, and maintaining various documents and other clerical correspondence, including the processing of subcontractor and vendor forms and documents.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or other similar job capacity
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
