Job Title: Construction Coordinator

Location: North Phoenix, AZ | ONSITE

Pay: $21/hourly

Job Duties:

• Promptly and courteously addressing customer calls regarding warranty-related questions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
