• Responsible for collecting timesheets and summarizing hours by job by employee
• Responsible for summarizing payroll benefits by employee
• Responsible for preparing salary reports
• Assisting employees with payroll and vacation inquires
• Responsible for tracking travel for Massachusetts Tax reimbursement
• Track items receiving royalty payments
• Review cycle count reports and create inventory reports
• Update Project Tracking Systems with new jobs, budgets and assist users
• Prepare job cost reports for Construction Project Managers & Senior Management
• Prepare journal entries for job cost transfers
• Track cost changes to major projects
• Obtain vendor set up documents and verify vendors’ compliance with Mass Gaming Board and internal background reviews

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Excel – Pivot Tables, Formulas (VLookup), Excel Forms, Powerpoint
• Must be proficient with Spectrum – Crystal Reports, SQL Queries
• Knowledgeable in all areas of Construction Accounting
• Must know new computer system set up and testing skills
• Must have analytical skills and pay close attention to details
