Motor City Building is a reputable Remodeling company specializing in Total home remodeling. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. We are currently seeking motivated and reliable construction crew members to join our team and help us complete projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, demolition, framing, drywall installation, Tiling work, and finishing.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and safety procedures to ensure work is completed to code and meets quality standards.
• Support the project team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and worksite policies.
• Perform other tasks as needed based on project requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is but not required.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs).
• Strong work ethic and reliability, with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in the construction industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ().
