POSITION DESCRIPTION
Education executive are responsible for facilitate the understanding of our mission through phone conversations or via video. Set appointments presentations through a virtual setting.
Dream Seeker provides training with in-depth training prior to being the sole Construction Executive in a workshop/ presentation. Executive Account Specialists receive ongoing coaching and feedback from Dream Seeker staff in order to ensure high quality training at all times.
Construction Education executive should be able to commit to working a minimum of 4 hours per week.
The time commitment for phone conversations or video presentations can be extended based on Executive performance.
Dream Seeker partner organizations are located in the Metro Atlanta area; initial contact will be over the phone, follow up appointments presentations may be conducted virtually.
This position will be under the direction of our Program Director.
Construction Education executive must: Have experience in construction, safety, heavy equipment or electrical field and be bilingual in Spanish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Becoming well-versed in all Dream Seeker workshop Program
● Providing an engaging presentation of Dream Seeker Programs, mission and experiences with clients
● Following Dream Seeker policies and procedures
● Representing Dream Seeker in a professional manner at all times
● Working with Dream Seeker staff to co-develop and continuously improve the curriculum and social media
● Refrain from promoting personal businesses or affiliations with partner organizations and funders under Dream Seeker contract time
● Ensuring that workshop outcomes are met and all learner data is collected
● Attending periodic training sessions in person or remotely
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
● Associate or Bachelor's degree is with preference for Occupational Safety, construction or education, or equivalent degreed program with 1 to 2 years of experience.
● Passion for Dream Seeker mission
● Experience sales, non-profit environment, training or teaching in some capacity
● Experience in safety, construction or electrical field
● Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills and high levels of confidence and energy as a public /presenter
● Strong relationship or “people” skills
● Strong problem-solving skills & extremely flexible and reliable
● Proficiency and comfortable in making and using PowerPoint and Google Slides
● Proficiency in basic computer functions, including computer setup, MS Office applications, and the Internet.

● Experience working facilitating workshops, meetings, or classes in a virtual setting
●Experience in construction, education or sales
●Bilingual Spanish-English

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in administrative support and excel in managing multifaceted projects and communications.
1 -2 years of experience in sales in-person and Construction industry .
- Highly customer-service oriented & team player; ability to create strong relationships with all clients/customers
Work Location: Hybrid or remote. Flexible hours. Attend/assist one-two event per month in-person
Successful candidate must be:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills (speak and write)
- Located in Georgia
- Attend a minimum 1-3 events per month in-person
