Job Description:

• Oversee project posted through EVA.  Ensure that we capture all EVA projects that meet our project procurement goals.

• Oversee Bid Search through Construct Connect and other Bid services. Provide monthly bid calendars to subcontractors and staff.

• Control Master Subcontractor and Vendor list

  • Keep list current accurate contact information

  • Work with vendors to make sure we know who the best subcontractors are in each market

  • Main the list per trade and location

• Put together Sublist for RFP and Hard Bids

• Send out Invitations to Bid to subcontractors and vendors

• Develop Estimate Templates

• Build Estimates for RFP and Hard Bids

• Build Takeoffs to check subcontractor bids

• Ensure all bonding paperwork for RFP and Bids are done and approved.

• Responsible for RFP budget and Hard Bids turned in on time.

• Review lost RFP and Bids to develop a better game plan for future RFP and Bids.
