Construction Estimator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Estimator. This individual will be an integral part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bidding process on multiple projects (depending on size).
• Oversee and prepare accurate proposals and response to ITB’s.
• Lead and mentor additional KADCON staff assigned to support their projects (Jr. Estimators, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in construction management, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or related field is .
• At least 3 years of experience in construction estimating with a thorough understanding of construction documents of all trades.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Local market experience in subcontractors and vendors is required.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and other applications.
