Construction Estimator – Commercial/Industrial Flooring – Base Salary to 75k/year – Denver, CO

• Our client is a fast-paced Centennial subcontractor that specializes in resinous flooring, surface preparation, and concrete restoration for commercial and industrial clients. They primarily serve the Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs markets. They are currently looking for a project-minded Construction Estimator that can perform in a small team environment.

• In this role, the Construction Estimator is responsible for keeping the pipeline full of upcoming work for their operations. They will work primarily with the Owners/GCs, Project Manager, and Operations Manager to conduct site walks and generate estimates for clients. Commercial construction experience in the state of Colorado is critical to success for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Review and create scopes of work
• Perform site walks in conjunction with Operations Manager
• Work from the office (Centennial), from home, and in the field
• Prepare project estimates using Bluebeam and/or Microsoft 365
• Attend all relevant construction meetings, maintaining communication between clients, owners, and contractors
• Provide SDS and product data sheets upon request
• Maintain project documentation
• Create and monitor project budgeting and invoicing
• Drive a productive, positive company culture

Qualifications:

• 2+ years Estimating in commercial construction, preferably CO
• Proficiency in Estimating software required, Bluebeam or Microsoft 365 preferred
• Experience in industrial/commercial flooring (concrete flatwork restoration, resinous flooring, etc) is a plus
• Contacts in large GCs is a plus
• Ability to work out of the Centennial office, in the field, and from home
• Ability to perform at a high level in a productive team environment

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 65k - 75k/year range, plus 20–40k/year commission based on revenue
