Gleam Electrical LLC is growing and we want you on our team! As a thriving and growing electrical and lighting contracting company with over 7 years in business, we are in search of qualified applicants to assist with our ever growing workload. We are a WMBE Certified Electrical Contractor.

The successful applicant will own the following assortment of skills plus 3 or more years of experience as a Electrical Estimator in the commercial/industrial industry: The applicant will be able to read plans, use estimating programs, know NEC code, and be familiar products.

Responsibilities of Estimator

• Oversee and manage commercial and residential estimating.
• Analyzing cost of labor and materials resulting in tender returns.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other trades to ensure accuracy of estimate.
• Provide guidance and support to Electrical team.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to produce weekly reports.
• Developing plans, cash flow schedules, and insuring project scope of work meet industry standards and project specifications.
