Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Industrial Storage Tanks

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will work closely with the VP of Project Management and Senior Field Coordinator to oversee and manage water storage tank projects from the initial design phase through to the successful completion of installation. Your ability to coordinate across departments, manage timelines, and ensure client satisfaction will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to determine the full scope of work and ensure all requirements are met.
• Provide timely quotations to owners and general contractors
• Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify key terms, conditions, and deliverables.
• Upon award collaborate with the VP of Project Management and Senior Field Coordinator to develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that fabrication, shipping, and installation milestones are met on schedule.
• Order necessary supplies, materials, and equipment in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
• Work with the Field Coordinator to oversee the onboarding process for job sites, ensuring all necessary preparations are in place for smooth operations.
• Work with the accounting department to request purchase orders and milestone invoicing for the project.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process.
• Manage the closeout process for completed projects, ensuring all documentation is finalized and any outstanding issues are resolved.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, AutoCAD a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
