Construction Foreman (Gas)

Job DescriptionJob Description

We have an immediate need for a Foreman with underground gas pipeline experience. This ideal candidate will provide direction and leadership skills to the field employees while maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage construction projects
• Responsible for all aspects of the project to include quality, meet deadlines within budget and the safety of all personnel on jobsite
• Responsible for managing the schedule for the daily and weekly work
• Ability to forecast needed equipment and materials for job on a daily and weekly basis
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to attend meetings
• Comply with all company standards and procedures
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to work in inclement weather

Education and Experience

• High school diploma
• 2-4 years’ experience in underground gas pipeline construction as a foremen
• Experience in operating heavy equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Overtime required during busy season
