Construction Foreman - Site Work, Concrete, Forms

We're looking for construction foremen to join our team to work on site preparation, concrete placement and finish, reinforcement, forms. This is a temporary job posting for a specific project, however, possibility of permanent placement exists for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- direct concrete and site-work crew

- coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, concrete suppliers etc.

- maintain clean and safe work environment

- ensure equipment is operated and maintained in a safe maner

- ensure all activities meet OSHA standards including PPE for all workers

Qualifications:

- experience leading small construction crews (4 - 8 people)

- experience with form placement, reinforcement placement, concrete pour and finish

- familiarity with reading plans, site layout and marking

- familiarity with construction equipment such as skid loaders, excavators, forklifts a plus

- must be able to lift tools, equipment and materials

- must be able to safely work on scaffolds, ladders and other areal platforms
