A Construction General Laborer performs a variety of manual tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople, while adhering to safety protocols and instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation and Cleanup: Cleaning and preparing construction sites, removing debris, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. 
• Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment. 
• Assisting Skilled Tradespeople: Providing assistance to carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled workers. 
• Basic Construction Tasks: Digging trenches, setting braces, erecting scaffolding, and performing other basic construction tasks. 
• Following Instructions: Understanding and following instructions from supervisors and project managers. 
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. 
• General Labor Tasks: Performing a range of manual labor tasks as needed. 
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the worksite clean and organized. 
• Communication: Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members. 
• Heavy Lifting Required.
