• · Must be certified as either ICC, ACI or WACEL Reinforced Concrete Inspector or equivalent.· Previous experience in construction or as a soil technician and problem soils monitoring is .· Familiar with Commercial and Residential Construction.

Job Duties:

• · Perform construction inspections for commercial and residential projects

Qualifications:

• · 2-3 years of prior experience conducting inspections , but not required.· Must have valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.· Customer service mindset, great communication skills and attention to detail.· Ability to communicate clearly to clients and field personnel.· Must be able to negotiate unlevel areas in a construction environment safely.
