Construction Lead Structural (Bridges/Flare)

Qualifications * with Structural/Civil technical certification. Degree is not a must

Knowledge and/or Experience * 8-10 years specific involvement in project execution with previous leading
roles in structural Fabrication within an EPC contract execution environment. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education
* Good knowledge of Project Execution procedures and field management and techniques including fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing and completions

Job Purpose

· Oversee the planning preparation and execution of all aspects of the Bridges & Flare Structural Fabrication requirements of the project from yard activities to load out ensuring all key objectives are achieved or exceeded

· In addition ensure the constructability of the design is consistent with established Project Engineering Darawings and industry processes and standards, effectively manage issues and resolution through strong interfaces with both company and contractor teams delivering full alignment of the Fabrication execution
