Construction Litigation Role – Join an international Top 50 law firm
Are you a Construction & Engineering Litigation Solicitor looking for the opportunity to work on high-value matters? I am working with a Top 50 global law firm on a new opportunity for a Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE.
The Role:
You will be acting for leading industry players on high value contentious matters to include:

- Claims concerning delays, variations, defects and payment disputes
- Adjudication, arbitration and litigation across major dispute resolution forums
- Risk management and strategic advisory work to help clients navigate project challenges and avoid disputes
- Collaborating with teams across the firms international network

About you:

- You should have at least four years PQE with a strong background in construction disputes
- Experience with JCT, NEC, FIDIC and other standard form contracts
- A strong academic background
