We are seeking a Construction Manager to join the Sangalang Development Services (SDS) Team!

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise SDS construction crews and subcontractors
• Interface with SDS team members, project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Oversee maintenance of vehicles and equipment
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specification

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (word, excel)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
