a..Education and professional qualifications related to marine construction, utility replacement, historic preservation, architecture, and engineering.
b..Experience and/or knowledge of Historic Landmarks and the performance of historic restoration/rehabilitation work. Must have knowledge of the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties. Note: Duties will require inspections from scaffolding and rooftops.
c. Ability to work with multiple crews on multiple sites.
d..Experience and/or knowledge of abatement and lawful disposal of hazardous materials including bulkasbestos and lead-based paint.
e..Knowledge and experience of NPS Workflows construction activities will be favorably considered,including applicable CMR duties.
f. Experience providing timely communication and reporting skills with the A/E Firm and the Contracting Officer’s Representative to achieve Quality Control.
g. Experience providing similar services for similar projects. Provide information regarding the project and the work that the CMR performed. In addition, include project owner representative contact information.
