JOB DESCRIPTION

Title:

Construction Manager

Assists Project Leaders and Project Managers in carrying out all project activities. Assumes responsibility for coordinating certain portions of the administration of the project such as cost control, document control, contract changes, shop drawings, etc. May be responsible for certain subcontractors or parts of a large project. Can perform some basic project management functions under minimal supervision. Typically requires an undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline and 4-8 years of experience in the construction industry.
