Construction Manager – Residential & Commercial Projects
Location: Orlando, FL | Full-Time
Orlando Outdoor Living is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee a wide range of residential and commercial outdoor living projects. From high-end pergolas and paver patios to full-scale outdoor kitchens and hardscaping, we’re growing fast and need a pro who knows how to manage crews, subs, timelines, and client expectations.
What You’ll Do:

Manage construction from planning through completion

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and crews

Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met

Collaborate with designers and sales teams to execute project vision

Oversee permitting, inspections, and compliance with codes
-
Handle on-site problem-solving and client communication
What You Bring:

5+ years of construction management experience (residential & commercial)
-
Strong knowledge of hardscapes, decking, structural installs, and outdoor kitchens
-
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
-
Proven leadership, scheduling, and budgeting skills
-
Comfortable with fast-paced, client-focused work
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
