About the role: The Construction Manager is responsible for the delivery of construction projects to ensure they are executed efficiently, profitably, and to the appropriate standards of quality and safety following the Southbase “inside the box” systems and processes. The role is charged with developing highly capable and competent Construction Project teams, targeting, and delivering high-margin project opportunities.The Construction Manager demonstrates a focus on customer relationships and securing work while managing and ensuring all projects are controlled in line with safety, quality, programme, and profitability. Skills & Experience 3-5 years experience as a Construction Manager in projects ranging from $40m + Previous experience working on large commercial projects Successful track record in leadership positions with the ability to motivate team members and drive success is paramount
