Construction Manager/Estimator

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLooking for an individual to help manage teams and meet with existing/protentional clients for estimates.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Driving to job sites to check on projects
• Obtaining material lists from leads on site
• Making sure projects are running efficiently and in a timely manner
• Meeting with potential customers for estimates
• Typing and sending out estimates 

Requirements:

• Must work independently as well as with a team
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Must have transportation

Job Type: 

• Full-time

Salary: 

• $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Carpentry: 10 years (Required)
