About the Role
The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of RC Frame construction projects. This includes developing and managing budgets, schedules, and resources; ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations; and resolving any construction-related issues.
* Previous experience in develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources for RC Frame construction projects.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
* Resolve any construction-related issues.
* Coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors.
* Inspect and approve work quality.
* Manage safety and risk on construction sites.
* Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
About the requirements
* Ideally hold a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in RC Frame construction.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
