Seeking the perfect office support person for a telecommunication construction company
This is a full-time office position. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 9AM-5:00PM..
Experience with:
- QuickBooks required
- Previous office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- High level of attention to detail
- Organized
- Consistency with tasks
- Ability to work well independently
- Positive attitude
- Flexible with daily tasks
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Data entry (credit card charges, job costing, etc)
- Reconcile accounts
- Enter payroll
- AP/AR
- Updating spreadsheets
- Office upkeep
