What You'll Do

As a Construction Operations Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our projects run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with the Project Manager for daily deliveries, pickups, and punch list items.

• Ensuring all materials are delivered to job sites on time and in excellent condition.

• Maintaining clean and organized job sites that reflect our commitment to quality and professionalism.

• Managing inventory and ensuring tools, materials, and resources are readily available.

• Supporting the completion of final punch lists and ensuring all work meets Lakeside Decking's high standards.

• Organizing and maintaining warehouse and outdoor storage spaces.

• Assisting with logistics, safety protocols, and problem-solving on projects.

• Attending weekly team meetings and contributing to our shared goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, logistics, or operations.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift and move materials over 50 lbs. as needed.

• Familiarity with inventory management and construction materials.

• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
