Regular Work Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Overtime as needed.

About the Role
Triumph's Operations Manager will report to the Director, Rental and oversee daily activities in the organization's operations function. This position requires high attention to detail toward P&L administration and workforce management. This individual will exercise a willingness to deliver and install mobile offices.
Core Functions and Responsibilities:
- Administer recurring or daily functions involving subcontractor relations, coordinating deliveries, and issuing POs
- Develop and implement strategies meant to assist the business in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible
- Approve and allocate resources based on business priorities
- Evaluate and recommend changes to policies or procedures
- Oversee operations for 4 branch locations

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Construction experience is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience
- CDL Class A License ()
Physical Requirement:
- Able to lift 50lbs or more
- Able to bend, twist, climb ladders, and get into awkward positions while maintaining equipment.
- Ability to work in a high noise and dust level environment.
