Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:



• Oversee multiple live framework projects including refurbishments, fit-outs, and small new builds

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 Quantity Surveyors, 1 Compliance Manager, and 1 Contracts Manager

• Drive performance across projects ensuring quality, compliance, and profitability

• Work closely with repeat clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

• Take full ownership of the Frameworks Division, with strategic input into its future growth



What we're looking for in an Operations Manager:



• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager or Operations Manager within construction

• Background in delivering public sector fit-out and refurbishment projects

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Commercially astute with a track record of successful project delivery

• Motivated to progress toward Directorship and take on a succession role
