My client provides design and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services throughout the northwest. They are looking to recruit a Construction Planner (M&E Bias ).

  

The Construction Planner will be working visiting all Construction Projects across the North West, we hope to add this position as a further team member to work alongside all the departments, within the business, and help to produce and manage:



Design Programmes

Procurement Schedules

Procurement Programmes

Construction Programmes

Commissioning and Finishing Programmes The above would be produced in collaboration with teams in Pre-Construction, Design, Operations, Commissioning Engineers, Supply Chain partners, and, importantly, with customers and their Planning Teams.

  

The role includes managing and controlling all live projects, including monitoring progress with site teams, highlighting any areas of concern to the Operations Team, and taking action to mitigate any potential issues.

Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm 

Friday 8am - 4pm
