Construction Planner

Job Description

Our client are a well established construction company who focus on new build and refurbishment projects across the North West. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Planner to join the company.

Ideal candidate:

• Main contractor background, Tier 1
• At least 3 years experience working in a planning role.
• Completed construction management degree
• Happy to work office/site based 4 days per week.
• Asta Powerproject experience is beneficial.
• Confident individual who is comfortable challenging people.
• Collaborative team player

Duties will include:

• Working on projects from preconstruction stage through to completion.
• Producing well-constructed and considered tender programmes.
• Providing technical bid and methodology submissions for tenders.
• Successfully monitoring and updating construction and contractual programmes.
• Presenting progress information in meetings.
• Identifying programme risks.
