Construction Planner
Job Description
Our client are a well established construction company who focus on new build and refurbishment projects across the North West. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Planner to join the company.

Ideal candidate:
- Main contractor background, Tier 1
- At least 3 years experience working in a planning role.
- Completed construction management degree
- Happy to work office/site based 4 days per week.
- Asta Powerproject experience is beneficial.
- Confident individual who is comfortable challenging people.
- Collaborative team player
Duties will include:
- Working on projects from preconstruction stage through to completion.
- Producing well-constructed and considered tender programmes.
- Providing technical bid and methodology submissions for tenders.
- Successfully monitoring and updating construction and contractual programmes.
- Presenting progress information in meetings.
- Identifying programme risks.
