Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Plumber to join our team. The Construction Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in new construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, blueprints, and local plumbing codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems in new construction projects.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building specifications to determine plumbing layouts.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Work with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes related to plumbing installation and repairs.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, wrenches, and soldering tools.
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes made from different materials, including PVC, copper, and galvanized steel.
• Identify and resolve plumbing issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction plumber or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor.
• Valid plumbing license or certification (if required by state or local laws).
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

• Experience working on commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.
• Familiarity with green plumbing solutions and modern plumbing technologies.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
